Desktop Wide Gadgets for Windows 7

Microsoft did Learn a thing or two from Windows Vista and one of them things was that users were not overly happy with the sidebar. As you know with Windows Vista came a sidebar for gadgets, Depending on what resolution you are running your monitor at the sidebar could take up to 20% of your clickable workspace.

Windows 7 will come with the ability to use gadgets wherever you like across your desktop, This again is a big plus as some people like using more than 5 or so gadgets. Even the windows xp hacks to implement the vista style sidebar did a better job than Vista it’s self.
