These screen captures were taken from Windows 7 Build 6519, which is effectively Windows 7 ultimate edition, other versions of Windows 7 that will be released will just be handicapped versions of Windows 7 ultimate edition and are likely to follow the branding that Windows Vista saw: Windows 7 basic edition, Windows 7 home edition, Windows 7 ultimate edition, Windows 7 server edition at this stage this is unconfirmed but very likely as Microsoft like to cater for all different scenarios.
